Position:  Contracts Manager

ResponsibilitiesThe Contracts Manager is responsible for the coordination and successful completion of projects. To deliver contracts within set budgets and time scales, while complying with the safety of sites and personnel.  Imperative to the job role is providing the key link in communication from the Office environment to the Reina site team.  CSCS compulsory, SSSTS or SMSTS essential, domestic gas qualified, ONC and HNC desirable.

 

Position:  Contract Lead Plumber

Responsibilities: To liaise with the clients site team and coordinate RG works to programme whilst maintaining a good working relationship with the site team with support for the projects Contract Manager.  The applicant must have CSCS compulsory, SSSTS desirable, domestic gas qualified.  Unvented hot water and water regs required.

 

Position:  Heat Pump Installation Engineer

Location: Kent, Sussex

Responsibilities:  To undertake installation of heat pump, central heating systems and any additional plumbing work that may be required, this includes simple electrical work from a fused spur.  Working with your own initiative is paramount within this role and to manage stock of materials on site and on van to minimise waste. To ensure that you are up to date with product innovations and industry regulations. CSCS & water regulations, unvented hot water & energy efficiency compulsory, BPEC in heat pumps desirable.

 

Position:  Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities: To commission domestic installations in a full overview approach to quality sign off for the plot with support from that projects Contract Manager.  A good understanding of all relevant legislation is required and communicating any issues or queries to the Contract Manager will be paramount.  The applicant must have CSCS compulsory, domestic gas qualified.  Unvented hot water and water regs required.

 

Position:  Working Contracts Supervisor
