Tendering: The Reina Group estimating team can provide you with detailed costs within approximately 15 working days from the initial enquiry and offer value engineering solutions. Our team will ensure that you meet your budgets, whilst having confidence that we will deliver a product, matching your requirements and expectations. Our new Streaming and Tendering process ensures that we can quote competitively and efficiently.

The Reina Group Delivery: The Reina Group have a partnership approach, short lines of communication and attention to detail are at the heart of each project around their individual requirements, to ensure the client is getting the service, control and predictability they need.
The Reina Group’s emphasis is working to strict deadlines which means that materials and engineers are on site on time. We have a member of staff solely responsible for material purchasing and delivery, who ensures that we negotiate the best price possible for all materials, with prompt delivery on site. We hold monthly “materials” planning meetings with our leading suppliers to ensure that lead in times for certain products do not impact on the delivery of program. Weekly meetings with the Contract’s Team also ensures that the project is on schedule and working within the guidelines set by the developers or client.
In addition, The Reina Group offer a 24-hour emergency call out service in cases of emergency water main and gas issues throughout the project.
Accreditations in place: We have long recognised that the industry standards are being raised continuously in the areas of innovation and Health & Safety. We have always placed a strong emphasis on training and encourage our employees to take part in a wide range of relevant courses to widen their skills and knowledge base.
As part of our ongoing commitment to Health & Safety we have our own dedicated Health & Safety advisor who is appointed to come into the workplace and update and refresh all engineers on the most current rules and regulations.
We are CHAS, Gas Safe, MCS and WIAPS accredited, which demonstrates our commitment to safely delivering heating and plumbing services of the highest quality. With all these required accreditation’s in place it enables us a smooth and fluid introduction on all types of projects.
The Team: Our team of directly employed plumbing engineers have a wide range of experience and are all fully qualified. This is complimented by our contracts managers, who are responsible for overseeing the development of sites from design stages to completion, ensuring that the program, quality and cost targets are achieved within the agreed timescales through effective management.
