COVID Second National Lockdown – 5th November – 2nd December 2020
In view of the Government announcements on Wednesday 31st October and enforcement of a secondary national lockdown, The Reina Group will continue to operate as normal during this difficult time. All our heating and plumbing engineers will continue to work on site with good levels of productivity, adhering to the COVID safety procedures and guidance; which clearly states our intensions as identified keyworkers to keep operating during this time. We have paid particular notice to the safety guidelines set by the government to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and clients.
We have been working closely with our suppliers and merchants with procedures to ensure materials are available as required to meet program requirements for all projects. We believe that our productivity and programs will not be compromised during these unprecedented times and work will continue.
Our heat pump surveyors and engineers will continue to carry out installations and house appointments. If you are shielding or are registered as vulnerable please let our team know when we make our pre-visit, Covid H&S assessment, telephone call and we can reschedule the appointment when it is safe to do so.
The Reina Office will remain open taking any enquiries through our switchboard 01303 268468. Staff will be encouraged to work remotely where possible which can be done professionally and safely assisted by all the IT platforms we have in place.
