The Reina Group are proud to be involved with a superb, cutting edge housing development, Imperial Green, located in Hythe; working in conjunction with Jenner Construction Ltd, the primary construction company for this project.
The Imperial Green, now in its 3rd phase, is a new £5.15m development with cutting edge architecture (GDM Architects) providing stunning modern structures in a desirable and exclusive location. The development offers a selection of 4/5 bedroom houses and apartments, many with amazing views of the Golf Course and Sea, which are located within the grounds of the Mercure, Hythe Imperial Hotel.
The Reina Group have designed and installed a full heating system within each modern house/apartment. We have provided sources for all hot & cold water supply, sanitary ware, and provided internal services for gas & water. The project has taken 8 months to complete involving a team of top engineers and has been managed and completed to strict deadlines, which the Reina Group can proudly say they have achieved, with the continued support from Jenner.
