The FS1 is without exception, we have seen this remarkable iconic building grow since its beginning and when finished will create 84 luxury homes with stunning views out to the English Channel.
The owner of Reina Group was born and bred just a stone throw away from this magnificent site and like us all, has watched the Folkestone harbour and the creative quarter come to life over past years, made possible with the Sir Roger De Haan’s vision for Folkestone seafront.
We are proud to be a part of this project delivering the mechanical heating and plumbing for the entire building. We have created a plant room which accommodates a centralised plant room which is the engine room for all the hot water and heating to meet the building requirements. All luxury apartments have been fitted with underfloor heating and top of the range sanity ware, installed in all bathrooms and en-suites.
On completion the smart, cutting-edge building will open its doors to families, young couples and visitors wanting to live in Folkestone, to enjoy the hidden jewels and quaint places that the town has to offer. Let’s not stop there though this is just phase 1, and we are looking forward to seeing other phases start in the coming years.
