Our Update

It certainly has been a challenging year, coping with the COVID pandemic and lockdowns this year. At the Reina Group we have tried to maintain a business as usual scenario. All our heating and plumbing engineers continue to work on site with good levels of productivity. We have been adhering to the COVID safety procedures and guidance; which clearly states our intensions as identified keyworkers to keep operating during this challenging time. We have paid particular notice to the safety guidelines set by the government to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and clients. During this time we have worked hard and are excited to update and introduce some exciting Heating & Plumbing facilities.

Instant Heat Pump Quote Tool

Do you have customers interested in Renewable Heating Solutions?

We are delighted to introduce a new exciting pricing tool for those customers looking for a heat pump.

Your clients can now price up a heat pump in 8 easy steps, taking just a few minutes. The price is of course subject to a full MCS Heat Loss and Installation survey of the property.

4 Reasons to opt for a Heat Pump?

Heat Pumps have many advantages over more traditional technologies, the main ones being:

Cost efficiencies – Heat Pumps bring savings on current and future fuel costs because they are much more efficient than the traditional alternatives. The latest technology for traditional oil, gas or liquid petroleum gas (LPG) boilers can only return a maximum of 90% efficiency. A heat pump on the other hand can return efficiencies up to 400%.

Renewable Heat Incentive – The RHI is a Government initiative whereby you will be paid a tariff payment each year for a set period depending on the technology chosen and energy savings made. Provided all Heat Pumps meet MCS standards, an ASHP or GSHP can entitle you to annual, lump sum payments.

Environmental – By using natural energy from the air or ground, Heat Pumps produce only a fraction of the CO2 emissions of traditional technologies, hence the reason the Government is so anxious to promote them.
Additionally, in the case of oil, there can be significant environmental pollution in the case of a spillage or leak.

Green Homes Grant Scheme – Home-owners can now apply for a grant of up to £5,000 towards the cost of making a home more energy efficient. This Government incentive is available until March 2021

An Introduction to the Green Homes Grant

The Government’s ‘Green Homes Grant Scheme’ is available to homeowners who can claim up to £5,000 to make renewable home improvements. The Government have recently extended the scheme until 2022.  To learn more https://www.reinagroup.co.uk/heat-pumps/green-homes-grant-scheme/

New Accreditations in Place
