Apprenticeship Recruitment

Here at the Reina Group we offer an annual apprenticeship programme to supplement our recruitment campaign. Working closely with colleges in the local area we offer a high specification training package, including training on renewable technologies such as heat pumps. We do our best to recruit local apprentices, offering both a site and domestic-based working situation.

Our apprenticeship programme has seen a number of trainees, from school leavers to adults, successfully acquire the skills their trade requires. Most of these successful candidates continue on with their career within our employment.

Our apprenticeship programme is designed to train and develop apprentices to keep pace with advancing technology, as well as maintaining high levels of customer service. The programme provides apprentices with an exciting and challenging opportunity to receive formal qualifications through extensive on-site training, whilst being in full-time employment.

All of our apprentices work under the constant close supervision of our experienced, time-served site engineers and contract managers. Applicants to our programme need to be are ambitious, self-motivated and driven to expand their knowledge and skill base. This is a great opportunity to acquire a lifelong trade, whilst working for a highly reputable local business.
